• You can use our Gluten Free Egg Replacer, to substitute an egg in most of your baking recipes
• The ingredients include: Tapioca Starch, Baking Soda, Psyllium Husk Powder
• This product is both gluten free, and vegan
Instructions
• To replace one whole egg in chewier baked goods, combine 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer with 2 Tbsp water
•Mix well and let sit 1 for minute to thicken
• To replace one whole egg in fluffier baked goods, combine 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer with 3 Tbsp water
• Mix well and let sit 1 for minute to thicken
• Add to your dough mixture replacing eggs with the mixture
*Please note, this is NOT for replacing eggs for scrambled egg or omelette
**Also, for any recipe that requires more than 3 eggs, the Egg Replacer cannot be used. E.g. Pound Cake
